REFUND POLICY
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items
We offer free returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at taggarttufte@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include clear photos of the defect or issue in your email.
If your claim is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns for defective or incorrect items must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
If you've changed your mind about a purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use any carrier of your choice to return the item to us.
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers our processing and handling costs.
- Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

Please include your order number in the package. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund minus the 25% restocking fee.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For change of mind returns: Your refund will be the purchase price minus the 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
For defective or incorrect items: You will receive a full refund including the original purchase price. We cover return shipping costs for these items.
