SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including P.O. boxes. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or international destinations at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, including your tracking number.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • FREE on orders $45 and over
  • $4.99 flat rate on orders under $45
  • Delivery time: 7-14 business days after shipment
  • Tracking provided

Expedited Shipping - $12.99 flat rate

  • Faster delivery than standard shipping
  • Tracking provided

Total delivery time = Processing time (1-4 days) + Shipping time

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at https://www.17track.net by entering your tracking number.

Please note: Tracking information may take 2-5 business days to become active in the tracking system after your shipment notification. This is normal and does not mean your package hasn't shipped.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping:

  • FREE on orders $45 and over
  • $4.99 flat rate on orders under $45

Expedited Shipping:

  • $12.99 flat rate on all orders

All shipping costs are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping or may request a refund minus original shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at taggarttufte@gmail.com. We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package and being available to receive it
  • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • Using a secure delivery location

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Look around your delivery location (porches, side doors, mailroom)
  3. Wait 24-48 hours as carriers sometimes mark items delivered early
  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number

We are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and item
  2. Contact us immediately at taggarttufte@gmail.com with photos
  3. Keep all packaging materials

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either through replacement or refund.

Delays & Undeliverable Packages

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts when recipient is unavailable
  • Customs or security inspections
  • Holidays or high-volume shipping periods

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may be charged for reshipping costs.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at taggarttufte@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet been processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages at different times. This is normal and helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible.
